IRSPM 2017 Call for Abstracts
On behalf of the Organising Committee for the 21st Annual IRSPM Conference to be held in Budapest, Hungary on April 19-21, 2017, I cordially invite you to submit an abstract on the theme:
The Culture and Context of Public Management
We are predominantly expecting abstracts for inclusion in one of the conference panel sessions. Authors may also submit abstracts for the Conference “Open Track”, which will be considered by the a sub-committee of the Conference Scientific Committee for inclusion based on academic merit and fit with overall conference theme. Note that the Organizing Committee retains the right to refer an abstract to a panel other than the one it was originally submitted to should this be deemed appropriate.

Submission of Abstracts
As in recent years, abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the online conference management system Ex Ordo. Please use your email address to log in to your account or create a new one. The abstracts should be maximum 500 words and must be in English.
It should briefly state:
- relevance of the paper to the panel topic;
- significance of the research (why it is distinctive and its contribution to the field);
- the research question(s) and method;
- the theoretical/conceptual foundations for the research, and
- the results to be reported.
Please do not email the abstract directly to the panel chairs.
Note that the number of accepted abstracts per person is limited to two (at least one of which is multi-authored) and a person is expected to give only one presentation at the conference.
The deadline for abstract submission is 31th of October 2016.
